2 / ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE 
 
Placing an order implies full  and unreservedly acceptance of terms and conditions governing the Yloé website. 
The order confirmation will be validated only after accepting those terms and conditions during the payment process. 
 
3 / PHOTOS AND COMPOSITION OF MODELS FOR SALE 
The Yloé sale site is dedicated to craft creations only. This implies that the photos displayed are not contractual. Indeed some pearls or other jewelry components may vary significantly from one model to another without changing their general appearance. 
 
4 / ORDER TAKING. 
When making an order, the buyer provides all the details of the recipient (name, address, and any other information relating to the delivery of the order). The seller shall in no case be held responsible for failures to deliver the product if incorrect information is entered by the buyer. 
The validation of an order requires settlement by the buyer.
In case of stockout of a jewelry item,  an "exhausted" mark appears on the form.

2 / Shipping by « COLLISSIMO Recommandé »,  delivery within 48 h (2 opening days) against signature (notice left in case of absence).  € 8.

6 / MODALITIES OF RETURN: 
 
Any return of an  item must be the term of a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer.

If you return a product due to an error on our part (errors in the model, non-compliance), postage for the return of the order will be at our expense (i.e. we will send a label of postage to return the package). 
In any other case, a lump sum of eight euros (8 €) equal to the charges will be deducted from the refund amount. 
The return means good shipping conditions by you, namely a packaging ensuring product integrity and insurance for the shipment.

7 / RATES / RULES: 
 
The company Sylvie LE GALL FEMININ SERVICES - owner of the YLOE trademark is governed by the regime of micro-enterprises. 
As such it is not subject to VAT. Prices are therefore net of tax; they are those displayed when ordering. 
 
Payment can be made in two different ways:  by credit card or by check 
 
1. Settlement by credit card. 
   

  The system Mercanet involves a tripartite relationship between you, BNP Paribas and  Yloé, where roles are well defined for a perfect confidence. 
When you pay online by the system Mercanet you leave the site of the merchant from which you bought a product to reach that of BNP Paribas. It  is your guarantee that the merchant will never know your bank details, your card number, etc... 
Similarly, BNP Paribas will not know the details of your purchases since only the total amount and number of orders are sent by the merchant Mercanet. 
 
Data security 
Payment is on the website of BNP Paribas. This implies that no banking information concerning you is transmitted via the Yloé site. 
Payment by credit card is perfectly secure. 
You can pay online with confidence entering the number and expiry date of your credit card in the fields provided for this purpose. 
We have adopted the SSL encryption procedure that ensures confidentiality of bank data. 
The details of your credit card is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and do not pass in clear text over the Net.. 
Payment is made directly through the bank. 
Yloé has no access to these details, and BNP does not keep it on its servers. 
That is why they are requested again for each new transaction on our site.

When you pay online, your browser sends the transaction in a secure mode (https protocol  with padlock  at bottom right). 
When entering your bank details, encryption is actually done by your browser. 

 
2. Settlement  by check (cashed upon reception). 
When you specify payment by check at ordering time, you edit an online order to fill in and send together with your check to us:
